| Delivery Details |
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation notice which usually means your good are in stock. We endeavour to deliver items in stock within 3-7 working days, although please allow between 7 to 25 working days during very busy periods & PR campaigns. Where it is likely that an item could take longer than 7 working days, or is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of our expected delivery date.
We apply a standard postage & packing charge of £3.50 per delivery for the UK. For deliveries to Europe, our standard postage & packing charge is £8.50 per delivery.
Please note deliveries are Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Saturday delivery can be arranged at an additional charge - please call for details.
All deliveries must be signed for.

| Returns Policy |
We are comitted to providing you with quality products and excellent customer service and we hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, you may return any unwanted item to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund providing the following conditions are met. The item/s:-
- must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging
- must be complete and in perfect condition.
Palm Boutique Limited shall not take responsibility for any returned goods until they are received by us, in the perfect unused condition described above, nor shall we accept responsibility for returned goods damaged in transit. We therefore, strongly advise that you ensure all products for return are properly packaged with appropriate labelling (i.e. Fragile etc.). Return goods must be returned to Palm Boutique Limited using one of the Royal Mail registered services. Simply take your return package to your local Post Office, and ensure you ask for a proof of posting receipt. You may also wish to consider purchasing the enhanced insurance cover option if applicable. We regret that we cannot refund the return postage costs unless the item/s is at fault. Please note that for hygiene purposes, we have a non-refund policy for all toe rings & earrings, unless the item is faulty.
In the unlikely event that any item is faulty or damaged when received, please notify us by telephone immediately - we will refund the price paid for the item/s and the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the goods. Where an exchange is requested for faulty or damaged goods, we will be happy to send this to you free of delivery costs.
Palm Boutique Limited shall not accept items for return where; a) the purchase date took place more than six months ago and/or b) the item/s have been damaged by misuse.

| Payments and Credit Card Security |
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo & Switch Maestro. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in GBP pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT), which is currently 17.5%. For European orders, any customs or import duties, charges & taxes levied once the package reaches the customer's destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. You may order by telephone or our secure online ordering facility. When you place an order using our online ordering facility, all the form data submitted i.e. Name, Address, Basket details, is fully encrypted before being passed to the Secure Payment System. This ensures the data cannot be retrieved by any other party during transfer between the two sites. The Secure Payment System provides an extremely high level of security using 128bit encryption (currently, the highest level possible) and all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government-approved firewalls. Additional security measures include a security key that is used to produce an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often used as digital signatures and they cannot be reversed to obtain the original information. They allow the receiver (the Secure Payment System in this case) to validate that the information received is identical to that sent by you, the customer. The Secure Payment System used by this website is designed so that we do not have to hold sensitive information on our site. |
